Personal Training

Fitness is not about just walking or just eating right or just doing weights. Fitness is about having a balanced workout of good resistance training (increases your caloric burn over a long period of time), good cardiovascular (burns calories on the day) and great nutrition (clean eating - minimal processed foods) and rest / recovery.
